Chile Relleno

This delicious traditional Mexican dish is a roasted poblano pepper stuffed with queso fresco, dipped in a fluffy egg batter and fried until golden brown, bathed in our mild sauce, sprinkled with cotija cheese. Served with guacamole, sour cream, rice and beans.
