The Familia Morales Cabanas acquired Don Chuy Mexican Restaurant as of August 2022. As lifelong fellow members of the Bonney Lake community ourselves we are very grateful to see Don Chuy Mexican Restaurant slowly but surely becoming a staple among the Bonney Lake community and surrounding areas. From when the doors first opened back in 2013 the mission has always been the same. To provide each and everyone of our guests with the best quality Mexican food and dining experience as they are well deserved. Although we are far from perfect as any human can be, one thing is for certain and that is how much we deeply value and care for all our guests who choose Don Chuy Mexican Restaurant.
As a family-owned business, we operate in such a way that we exemplify our strong family values, ethics and morals within our restaurant culture. It has allowed us to really take a deep dive into the day-to-day activities involved in making it all possible. It has made us appreciate all the work and small details that go a long way that much more. Both (Father) Martin Morales and (Son) Ricky Morales bring a strong work ethic background with a strong desire to succeed. From very humble beginnings rooting back from when Martin Morales was born and raised in Mexico City where he learned at an early age nothing
comes easy.
We take great pride in the quality of our food made and served fresh to our guests every single day, no exceptions. Consistently looking for ways to improve and striving for better every day. Taking the time to listen to both employees and our guests about what could be better is an important component that we take very seriously. We have an open-door policy where no-one should ever feel like their voices are not being heard.
