Lunch Arroz Con Pollo

Strips of chicken breast sautéed with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Served on a bed of rice covered in melted cheddar cheese and mild sauce. finished with sprinkled cotija cheese and green onions. (Not served with beans)
